RECRUITMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND

SUPERVISORY PERSONNEL

It is the policy of this Beauregard Parish School Board to promote personnel within the district when possible, based on qualifications.  No person shall, on the basis of age, handicap, race, color, religion, sex or national origin, be denied the benefits or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving federal assistance.  This includes screening candidates for employment, retention and promotion.

Along with other efforts of the Superintendent to recruit the best possible applicants for administrative positions, a notice will be sent to the teachers= association.

Such notices shall describe the job, minimum qualifications, duties, and the salary range.
